The young lady Quiana was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to explain that I had Covid back in December 2022 and I'm still having lingering affects and that I do not have Covid I needed to see PC for referral because my chest hurts really bad with this lingering persistent cough post Covid. I've had several Covid test which have come back negative and she still would not even let me reschedule very very very rude."
