"I've been seeing Dr Alan Jones for over 27 years now and I have to say, until yesterday his "office manager" Doreen was less than unknowledgeable as to how Medicare works! She's the rudest thing I've ever come across! That's putting it mildly! As for Dr. Jones he's not on game like he used to be. His son needs to take over as soon as possible! You're not writing scripts for "Medicaid" you are writing them for my part C and D! Medicare takes care of Medicaid! So glad that my degrees helped me understand the process of insurance!"

"First time seeing Dr Jones last week and I was very impressed by him and his staff was very nice and helpful. I felt Very comfortable. He has a a sense of humor, great bed side manners, very caring, sociable, and very thorough. And he also helped me out with an important issue. I was very relieved and walked out of his office with a smile and was stress free, nothing like I was when I first got there. I loved him!
