"came here for a drug test with no appointment and got to the back in last than 5 minutes.. i was in and out. the front desk person was great but whoever took me to the back to do the testing was so amazing, they explained everything to me clearly. i do not plan on going back but if needed i will pick this location. thanks for the great customer service you do not see that anymore."

"No signage. Just an open parking lot and straining your eyes trying to see ANYthing that will tell you what building you're looking for on dark glass. NOT well planned out for realistic public access/usage. I drove around for 15 minutes, and the entrance I ended up using didn't even have the numbers on it I was looking for.... ZERO stars for the whole business area"

"This place sucks real bad I had an appointment at 1:30 I waited until 2:20 and still wasn’t seen I had to leave because I had to pick up my son FYI: People at front desk have really bad attitudes for no reason at all. Like if you don’t like your job quit !"

"They don't make appointments for drug screens. They make appointments for other things though, so when you show up for a drug test, DO NOT BE READY to pee. Multiple people will be in front of you, so be prepared to wait a minimum of 45 minutes. This place is a joke. Edit. I see this has been going on for some time and the company replies to every review, but they haven't done ANYTHING to remedy the situation."

"Had a horrible experience with Rayna!! I had to do a drug screen, had to wait to be seen (which isn’t her fault)… She had a horrible attitude!! She talked really fast!! I gave her urine in a cup, she immediately poured it out without an explanation, she then handed me a cup and told me to fill it up with water because I needed more urine!! I’m assuming the first cup wasn’t enough… she could’ve COMMUNICATED that and explained that BEFORE she poured it out!!! Then I told her that I have to go to another doctor’s appointment at 1pm and she said “if you leave it’s the same as a positive test” HOW??? If you NEVER tested my urine??? I get it, it’ll go to the employer as a refusal but I didn’t have to pee again!! She didn’t even try to work with the urine that she had!!! I gave more than enough urine!!! She didn’t even speak! Maybe she was having a bad day but she sucked"
