"Folks here have always been polite, never rude like the reviews have shown that were over 6 months old, most are 1-2yrs old. I wanted to post a positive review on my recent experience. I'm about to head there now on a Saturday morning to see if my opinion changes due to the time of day and day before the Superbowl. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cleanliness of the foyer (Near the ATM) is not the best, and this location is not consistently open. I understand this may be due to COVID but it's still a bad look."

"I came to chase to try to get a temporary card and the teller explained to me that they no longer do that. So she then began to ask why I needed one and I explained to her how over the past 2 weeks my chip hasn’t been working. My account balance was $0.00 because I sent my money over to another card. She tested my chip on their reader and it worked. She then insulted me and said maybe my chip didn’t work because I don’t have any money in my account. She says this after I explained to her how I had to swipe my card to purchase things so she was very out of line for questioning my intelligence. I didn’t get her name but she was an older lady and sat by the far right. I hope this improves."

"Very rude customer service. The banker wanted to discuss my information in front of everybody in the waiting area. She didn't have a name tag or even introduced herself. I did not know her name. While in the "office" she began dancing in her chair. Then she began laughing being very antagonistic. Then she asked me if I wanted to wait for another banker. I agreed as she took my ids then rudely told me to follow her as she led me to the waiting area then handed me my ids."
