"This is our second home with Eenigenburg. The first one we bought was already built 10+ years ago and the home was of highest quality. Never had any issues. The builder, Kurt, was very responsive to our needs, and the buying process was a pleasure. Last year, we decided to build a home and decided to go with Eenigenburg for the custom home build, due to our great experience in our prior home. They had great list of models to start from which we tweaked a lot of it with Drew’s help on the blueprints.. that was fun. He was great with adjusting to our needs and working through floor models in realtime. We heard from many others including my own family that in general the construction process can be dicey, but we had the complete opposite experience. Despite global supply impacts for lumber and other resources, our build was like clockwork and fantastic. Even with the few hiccups we had, they were were dealt with in expedited, stress-free fashion. The builder had our back with the suppliers and sub contractors. Our neighbor was doing custom build and took over 2 years to get their house built and commented to me that our build was constantly progressing while they couldn’t get their builder to show up most weeks.. Drew guided us through the entire process like a pro and was responsive and patient with us throughout. He gave us great tips and advice to manage our budget as well as just good overall design decisions. They take a lot of pride in their product and have a lot of integrity in the process. We were able to move-in right on schedule and even during warranty period, Logan and team, responded to our needs as slight as they were. Super happy with what we got out of this process. 5 star experience… Would do it again in a heart beat..
