"My son cake was nasty my party guests said you can taste the dye in the frosting. I normally go to calumet bakery Lansing. Beware the frosting is nasty. The cake was dry don’t waste your money. I got a lot of frosting like 2 inches of frosting"
"Wow, wow, WOW! Things happen, and had to change my son’s birthday party. Called the bakery to change pick-up date, but I wasn’t aware that there is a 5-day policy (where you cannot reschedule or cancel an order 5 days ahead of pick-up). Spoke with the manager Jose, and he was absolutely pleasant and helpful on the phone. He made me a one time exception in rescheduling my cake, and thank God he did or else I would have lost $80+ and more importantly, my 6 year old would not have a cake for his birthday. Amazing staff! Will be posting photo of final product once it’s ready for pick up. Over all an awesome customer service experience!!"
