I took him out of school for basically no reason that day. Also it takes almost a month to get an appointment, but when you go in there they are never busy. They could use someone more friendly at their desk. I have always dreaded having to go here, but not because of the shots, because of the process..."
"They never answer their phone, when you leave a message for them to call you it took them two days to call me after me calling every day, and then when I got my son an appointment it took to even get one with them. I have had one be even a month out! When we got there to get his shots they didn't even have all of his shots he needed. They did not tell us ahead of time! Very disappointed in their system and their scheduling."
