"Horrible service, one of the sales girl was just quick to make a sale. She was not accommodate me she claimed to have the phone in stock, but when I didn’t want to purchase an accessory all of a sudden the phone wasn’t in stock. Obviously she was trying to make her commission. Gave me attitude. When I asked to order the phone she said that it would take up to three days and as if that mattered. Another excuse was that they could however, they could get “robbed” which is a baseless excuse. I mean how do they even get inventory? She started to give me attitude after she offered me accessories, internet, and other services and I declined. Unfortunately I did not get her name."

"I should have known better then to come here ask for help with my phone. The minute I walked in here some freak with black and white lashes and a weird attitude just completely dismissed me. She didn't want to help me when I really needed my phone service to be back on. This young lady was weird and here's why I didn't know her from a can of paint and she was extremely rude for no reason. Due to her behavior I had to go to Munster Indiana just to get help from T-mobile there"

"The workers there are not very knowledgeable. They hire young people that obviously, don’t care about peoples accounts and payments . They will lie to you and say they will make sure it’s taken care of when the second you walk out they will disregard the situation . I’ve had same problems at this store not just once . I’m just letting people know you’re better off talking to customer service on the phone then going to this place.id give this place a -5 if I could. The manager there , worthless as well! Wanted my feed back , well there you have it."
