"Update 2nd visit July 2024- I couldn't remember the food situation on my last visit, BUT that cheeseburger and fries from Sax Man at the gril was delicious. It was seasoned and juicy. Everything else still applies below, but the food was very memorable on this trip. Nov. 2023 - Had a great time last night!! My family enjoyed themselves. I'm not sure if it was because I was there for a friends event. But we had a great Dj, and the staff was cool. It was truly just people having a good time. They could use a better selection of balls and a bathroom refresh, but that didn't stop us from having a good ole time!!"

"Horrible! I went for a field trip, never again. This lady was rude to the kids. To the fact teachers had to step in ,She was saying we were wasting her time yet she took years getting shoes. When we came in she was yelling at everyone to move. She also said they had no more shoes. But when you look at the back their were shelves of shoes still. So she gave us scrubs! And the pizza took forever and when it came out it was burnt and tasted odd. It was disgusting in the bathroom on the walls it said and I quote “If you sprinkle when you tinkle, Please be neat and wipe the seat.” Then someone wrote on the walls if you cleaned the bathroom I would. The bathroom was not clean I saw a dead cockroach and other insects dead yet they have not been sweeped up. Then we went to get drinks but the drink and food thing wasn’t working good a man had to come and open it with keys to get our drinks and most of the drinks were out of stock and same for the chips. The carpet was old and had wired stains all over it! And also in the bathroom they put lays box’s on the toilet. I don’t know if she gave us a different reaction then other people or what but I will never go here even if my life depends on it."

"Holy moly , this place is an absolute disaster. Seriously, it's filthy to a downright revolting level. There's literal sh$(; on the bathrooms floors, and the whole place is a broken-down mess. I'm not even exaggerating here, it's like this dump is disintegrating beneath layers of grime and dirt. And don't even get me started on their so-called customer service. it’s a joke! It's non existent. I swear, if I could give this place negative stars, I would. AVOID at all costs!"

"The staff was very rude and harsh. We brought students here for a field trip and the staff yelled at our students and kept harassing them throughout our entire experience here. The pizza was burned and the hospitality was HORRIBLE. They even ran out of shoes and gave us hospital booties. And the bathrooms were disgusting. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!"
