Reviews
"The staff at GGC are phenomenal, very professional and polite"
"Hit or Miss with the librarians... most are kind of standoffish, not friendly toward this guy. One was openly disrespectful."
"The staff is very helpful and remembers you when you return. Nice safe place for studying"
"Librarian was extremely helpful. I was trying to find the proper bus stop for the #4 reroute. There's no sign up from the RTA telling you what's going on. Smdh"
"What a wonderful treasure in the neighborhood. Coming to this library takes me back to my childhood library on 61st and Normal, Kelly Branch library. I lived in that library in the early 60s and 70s. That staff remembered your name, family, and books you loved to read. Miss Hinton was knowledgeable about books my nephew needed for his reading level. She took me straight to the adult mystery books I love to read. My wife even renewed her library card. What a happy camper Miss HInton always is, and what a smile. My wife absolutely loves her, and we can both say she is our favorite!! The desk attendees are pleasant, and they greet you nicely at the door. Since the pandemic, my husband and I haven't been out much, but we will definitely be back. We have too many of our friends on the shelves. Keep up the good work Grand Crossing!!!! You are needed and loved!!!"
