"Unfortunately, the experience with JA2 Catering fell short of expectations. The menu, though promising, failed to deliver on several fronts during our recent event. To begin with, the timing of the service was disappointing. Despite the contract stipulating a 1 pm start time for the event, food wasn't served until 2 pm, leaving guests waiting and hungry. Upon sampling the dishes, it became evident that the quality and preparation of the food were inconsistent. The turkey meatballs were undercooked and discolored, which is not only unappetizing but also a potential health concern. The Jerk Chicken, a highlight on the menu, lacked the authentic flavors expected, leaving guest disappointed. Regrettably, the vegetable medley was far from fresh, tasting like mushy, bagged frozen vegetables rather than a vibrant and flavorful side dish. Similarly, the Caesar salad failed to impress, with a taste reminiscent of dirt rather than the crisp, refreshing flavors one anticipates. Amidst these disappointments, the rolls stood out as the best part of the meal, offering a saving grace amidst an otherwise lackluster spread. Overall, the experience with JA2 Catering left much to be desired. The lack of punctuality, subpar food quality, and failure to meet aesthetic expectations were major drawbacks. Moving forward, I hope JA2 Catering takes constructive feedback seriously and works towards improving their services to meet the standards expected from a catering company."
