"My experience was terrible here. The co owner started my hair off then she let the two young girls finish. I told her bra length. The hair should’ve been measured correctly and not cut after my hair was finished. My hair is a mess. Then I was told it’s in layers. I’m a licensed hairstylist that has been doing hair for 32 years and this is a hotmess."
"Very nasty and rude attitudes. They show favoritism to certain customers. Beware they ask you for your money before they finish your hair and carry out poor service once they receive your money. I would never go here again or recommend anyone else to. I had to return for them to clean up my braids meaning cut the fly away hairs once finished braiding they barely cut any. I wish I could give zero stars. Professional and customer service matters not matter where you are. Once I returned to get my braids cut and cleaned like they should have don’t the lady gave me so much attitude like she was doing me a favor. Rude, nasty & unprofessional!!!!"
