"Shout out to the ppl that work at kiddie kuts. It takes a lot of patience to deal with crying kids and ignorant parents!! Yes, I said IGNORANT PARENTS!!! I take my daughter to kiddie kuts every 2-3 weeks faithfully and I love her hair every time. The last visit my child was there a parent was complaining and cursing about the prices to the manager. I had to hurry my child to the back because I don't expose my child to that type of aggression. If $60-65 is not in your budget for your child's hair, then do it yourself! There's no need to curse the staff out if they are just doing their job. People need to learn customer etiquette and stop thinking customers are always right!"
"Customer service is horrible. The stylist April or Ashley is disrespectful. My daughter was a walk in. I asked before the service started if they took walk ins. The receptionist asked what I wanted and told me it would take 2 hours. I returned after 2 hours to find that my daughter had been washed but would not be done for another 2 hours.. The receptionist apologized but the stylist was yelling from the back very distespectfully. I told them had I known I could have made a different decision but the stylist kept yelling she a walk in it could take 4 hours and she would be last. Given the information I got at first this really pissed me off. And put me in a bad situation. Had my daughter's hair not been wet I would have left. Horrible service and communication. Not worth the money or drama."
"Customer service is key! Saying that as of Oct. 2015 that you went up on prices & the paper that you fill out saying the saying a different price could've been explained better.... LESS ATTITUDE WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER! I have anger management problems, I try to refrain from them when my daughter is involved...... Being more specific would've helped too, not just yelling out 60 or 65 dollars! Which price is it? If she's not getting hair added why is it that much? Learn how to talk to people , or : DON'T DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC AT ALL! GET A JOB UNDER A ROCK! let your paper work say " $60 to $65" as well as your nasty attitude word as well! I'm trying to change as a person, I try not to allow ppl to let me go to 0-100..... Especially around my child! Ppl need to be retrained on how to properly talk to the public, or don't need to work in the reception area at all....."
"They burned my little sister's hair 17 times (she counted). They brushed her hair from roots to end rather than gradually working their way up. This caused her great discomfort. Also, during the flat ironing process the stylist spent more time talking to her friends than paying attention to the child in front of her. She also made sure to embarrass my sister for having split ends. We're never going back."
"They took my daughter in to start doing her hair at the scheduled appointment time. During the three hours it took to wash, dry, press and curl her hair I sat in the small waiting room. They do not allow parents in the back where they wash and style. I imagine this is to prevent the parents from hearing their children screaming and crying while the stylists tell the children it doesn't hurt. I understand children can be difficult when it comes to hair, sooo...Well, the waiting room consists of 4 small plastic chairs, some magazines and a TV that wasn't turned on, not to mention it was freezing cold. Again, to discourage parents from waiting I think. Her hair was lovely when they were finished, but the stylists put nothing on the hair to protect the style or moisturize the hair. Within 20 minutes of getting home her hair looked like I had spent 30 minutes doing it, not a professional spending 3 hours and charging $60 for it. Very disappointed and will not go back. Also, I realized about 2 hours into my wait the piece of paper on the counter that was hand written "cash only", so I had to run out and find an ATM, although it is posted on the door that they take credit cards and also on their website."
