"Tight back up spaces if there is already someone parked next to your door. Cannot take you before your appointment time. Take about 2 hours to unload. If you come here please be prepared. I cannot say it’s the people who unload are slow or they have short staff, might their warehouse work that ways. Anyways I’m giving 2 stars because they have overnight parking."

"I was rather leery of this place based on the reviews.. got here checked in at building 5 the lady directed me to the proper building whoch for me was 10.. once i finally got the right door (my own fault) was unloaded rather quickly.. and first time i delivered paper rolls where the receiver actually removes the cardboard "feet"/rubber mats themselves.. thats pretty nice.. overall good experience.. only nit pick is the whole complex is rough pothole/dip wise"

"Believe the posts! Office lady is rude and hateful (heavyset Mexican/Indian woman). Arrived a day early. Nobody in the docks and won’t unload. All other drivers have been here 2-3 hours waiting to get unloaded! RUN RUN RUN! Do NOT try to check in before appointment time! Appointment at 9 am. Checked in at 7:30, turned away. Checked in again at 8:40 and turned away. Checked in at 9. Given a door….2 hours to unload 18 paper rolls! Overnight parking available. Go to end of street. Lot at very end on left"
