"The check in process has changed to a kiosk. For me, it was okay, but imagine if your 86 year old mom had to check in this way. I arrived to my appointment on time, but had to wait in the waiting area for 20-25 minutes. I guess my time is not as valuable as theirs. Once I was shown to an exam room, the staff was efficient . Dr. Manastersky was very professional, good and explained that everything looked okay. I walked away feeling great with the results ."
