The local office called me and it all stated well but the level of service and follow up is simply horrible. I signed up for Auto after the price changed multiple times. I was getting ready to sign up for the Home insurance then the price changed again and again. - The under writer.... - Escrow account I was done when the price change ( up $41) occurred because I wanted to pay with my escrow account that I established at the beginning of the conversation. Communicate effectively and let consumer know what the quotes are rather than go back and forth...."
