"UPDATE!!!!!!! This morning Alfonso and Ed called my dad after they were instructed to communicate with me only because there is a language barrier and Alfonso does not translate properly or give us false information. When I asked for the mechanics information again Ed began to yell and hung up on us. We are now completely lost because we do not know where our truck is located, what has been done to it. I believe they have screened the calls because we are not able to call them. My family and I have had the worse experience with Ed the manager and Alfonso the salesmen. They sold my dad a truck, that immediately started making weird noises and have issues. We immediately let them know and they told us to take the truck in for repairs. Alfonso told us it was a bigger issue and he promised us it would be repaired at no cost to us. When we picked it up the truck seemed fine but Ed refused to give us any specific details on what they did to the truck, all he said was that they did “maintenance”. When I asked for receipts he said they didn’t have any, On our way home we began to hear the same noises again while driving. We spent days calling and emailing Ed and Alfonso, but didn’t receive a response. We showed up on Wednesday 7/10/24 in the morning to address these issues with Ed since he is the manager and at this point we realized Alfonso had been telling my dad all the wrong information. They refused to take responsibility for all the lies and run around they gave us. It has now been almost 2 weeks since dropped off the truck and we haven’t received not one update. Every time I call I get a stupid story about power being out or them working on a diagnosing the truck, Ed promises to call back with updates but doesn’t. This has been an extremely frustrating situation for us. We feel that Ed and Alfonso have taken advantage of my dad not speaking English and have given us false information and now are giving us the run around about the repairs. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as escalating this to upper management:"

"My husband bought a F150 about a month ago Joe that has given us trouble since the moment we brought it home. We let Alfonso know immediately and he promised to get it fixed asap. Fast forward a few week and my truck has now been with them for 2 weeks. They do not follow up with updates. They promise to call us and never return our calls or emails. My daughter asked for the contact information of the shop/mechanic who is fixing the truck and they have refused. They have told us that is non of our business because. Today Ed hung up on my while I was asking him for that information again. They are not answering our calls anymore and we do not know what is happening with our truck at this pint. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we have received. We can’t help it be feel like this is a race issue. We feel we have been treated less then, because we don’t speak English and we are Hispanic."
