"I called to have my A/C unit serviced. Told Rashad what was going on with it, without seeing it I was told that it was my motor. He came to my home looked at it, hear the humming ans said it's your motor. The part is not in stock for a week. I called another company and it was not my motor. It was the CAPACITOR and the filters needed to be cleaned. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!"

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars. On the hottest day so far of course my air went out. I called Rashad and made an appointment, he came out after I made it home from work. He checked it out and I needed a new system I think I knew that and didn't want to accept it. Every year i was having issues. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable explained everything to me. I scheduled with him to install the new unit. Rashad realizing I have an elderly parent in my house he and his team came out.quickly Installed the new unit and took away the old one. We had a hiccup and he quickly took care of. Not sure if you noticed but he does electrical as well. he replaced the porch light for me as well. He is very fairly priced and was willing to work with me seeing this had to be done sooner rather than later. Along with him and his team was young man he was mentoring who was very polite and eager to learn which I was excited to see and learn. Rashad's work was on point. pricing very fair and team was great. Thank you so much for a job well done and for caring about the Senior in my home and mentoring the young man and teaching him a skill that will always be usable"

"Would give rashad 0 star if possible. r said hed be there at 11am. Called him a 11:15, his excuse was he got a call @ 5am. (How does that effect me?) r said hed be there at 1. Called r @ 1:30, r's excuse was stuck in traffic coming from oakbrook. Next time I called r when he wasnt there when he said he would be his excuse was his tire. Next time I called r when he wasnt there when he said he would be he wanted to know if I still wanted service. When r finally got here I asked him how does somebody calling @ 5am jump ahead of me? r seemed to pretend to not understand the question. What r told me didnt answer the question. Let r know there is nothing we can do then. r left."
