Reviews
"Doctor Chelich is great. You never feel rushed and he takes his time to explain your test results and any other medical concerns you may have."
"I take back my earlier review. Dr chelich has since gotten rid of that awful m.a. I will continue to see him for years to come"
"Dr. Matthew Chelich is the BEST doctor I have ever had ! He is super smart, attentive to his patients & makes you feel like family. You are never rushed. Instead you are treated with respect & dignity. ❤️"
"I like dr. Chelich. Hes a good dr. But his MA always has a bad attitude. I saw the dr in January so i could keep getting my prescription refilled. The ma said that i gave you a year prescription at meijer when you saw the dr in January. I told her that meijer said they didnt have anything for me. She kept arguing with me. I said can you cancel that one and give me a new prescription. She said ya in a very rude way. So i said ya back. Then she said it again in a very rude way then hung up on me. Im going to a different dr from now on just because im tired of dealing with her"
"Dr. Matthew Chelich: You might be a good Physician, but your medical staff is lackluster. The few times I came for an appointment never have I been greeted with a smile. Tammy has an attitude from the word say-go. When calling your office, there is no empathy for the patient. Last year I called the office to make an appointment, described my symptoms, and was informed to go to Urgent Care. Why would I want to go to Urgent Care and get a huge bill? I was denied an EpiPen prescription due to your office not doing its job. I had to fight with the insurance company myself. I came into the office for a visit and showed you this information. I never heard anything back from you or your staff about the matter. On Sunday, went to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with Vertigo. Called your office to explain the situation to the young lady, and she wanted to give me a two-week appointment how does this make sense? Physicians are no more healers, and healing is no longer. It is just a service rendered. Medicine, a once noble and holy profession, has been defined as "services rendered"."
