"This location pays biweekly & charges $300 for simple pants, shirt, and coat uniform. You won’t receive a full paycheck until 6 weeks into the job; that feels like pure malpractice and a scam. The base schedule and pay equates to around $24,000 a year (RIDICULOUS). I was hired onto this company 01/05/2024, and I wasn’t going to receive my first full paycheck until approximately 02/16/2024. Expect to Work more than a month of a full schedule and to receive less than $1,700 in total after 3 pay periods if they sign you on for $16.00 an hour. Nonetheless the job is easy, so if that’s all you care about I’d recommend it."

"Truly entry level security or no experience at all is the best for this company. The chief personally cares about his staff, however the office staff is horrible to communicate to. I would never suggest this place of employment to anyone with experience. You’re charged $300 for uniforms that are non refundable but demanded to be returned upon separation or you’re charged another fee. Everything in signing up for this company is fee after fee. I get why after talking to the chief because people are leaving with little notice and it causes them to lose money. In my almost two years of working security I’ve never been charged for a uniform you had to return- and I worked for very high named companies. FPA is protecting their money but don’t be lured in by a sign on bonus because it’s impossible to obtain. I say this because even switching shifts with someone causes the management to speak up and being late once- a call off is all it takes to make you not qualify. $2000 sign on signs wonderful though… Like I said, wonderful Chief behind the company but the paperwork you sign enrolling into the company is equivalent to signing up for the army and in that you’ll find all the charges- words of advice print out everything you sign because the moment you say you don’t want to work for them anymore they remove all access to the files. I’m still fighting a month later to see what I signed (which the office staff was aware I was on zero sleep to get there on time to be the best guard for them to start as soon as possible and made sure to ensure me I’d have access to them because I also had issues reading them on the laptop I had to use. Just avoid at all cost if you have security experience already."
