"Had furnace and AC serviced as a maintenance task for the first time since moving in to my home 5 years ago. Technician pointed out oxidation within the furnace, that would lead to potential dangerous CO2 leakage. It being 20 years old, I feared this conversation would be coming at some point. They provided a very reasonable quote for a new unit with installation, and financing options. They came the following day to install the new unit. All technicians were prompt, friendly and professionally. The entire experience from my initial call for service until the installers left was seamless. Would highly recommend Merts / Four Seasons. Though months away, I am now ready to tackle the winter cold."

"Merts has been bought by four seasons heating and cooling. I scheduled to have my ac cleaned Jose came out on the hottest day and did a AMAZING JOB and was very thorough in cleaning it look like new FIVE STARS FOR JOSE. I needed a new capacitor which I was told 2 years ago and I also noticed how many lawn clippings he removed and made the comment oh I need to get a cover to stop that, they sell one so I agreed to it paided $200 I'm kicking myself for not looking online they are $40. Service was amazing but pricing you need to check out before agreeing. My mistake a costly one.$ 550.95 I won't be calling them again because they really overcharge. Plus never had my receipt emailed to me either"

"Prior to aligning with 4 Seasons, Merts was 100% the BEST. Now, not even close. Had a maintenance apointment today, no confirmatoin call, so I called them. Woman was just rude, "I don't know who was supposed to call you but you are on the schedule." It was all in her tone. My appointment was 8am -12pm window. At 11:40 I receive a call from 4 Seasons - we missed your call. Seriously? That was this morning - 3 hours ago. To make a long story short, they cancelled my appoitnment today becasue the technician got reassigned but will come tomorrow. 5 minutes later another person calls. The technician in your area will be there within 20 minutes? Really? Because it was just rescheduled. He says, "Oh I see that the technician doesn't have the ladder he needs for your location." I was very upset, they all knew I was upset but all they would say, "I'm sorry." How about "How can we improve? How can we retain your business?" But no - just scripted garbage. I suppose aligning with 4 Seasons was a financial move, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. This is absolutely my LAST appointment with MERTS."

"After 30+ years our furnace and AC was ready to be retired. Like most homeowners we debated which company we should choose. After conducting several searches online, a friend recommended Merts commenting on the service quality. We contacted Merts and ended up replacing our furnace, AC and water heater in January 2023. We had a great experience beginning with our initial service call, a visit by a technician who was knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the right equipment for our needs, and an amazing install team. They were very courteous and efficient. I would also note that while the most important thing is for the equipment to be installed properly and work well, I was equally impressed with the professional look of the install and how clean they left the area. We are now enjoying our high efficiency furnace and appreciate the excellent service by Merts!"
