"We had a cracked in our duct which is in our slab foundation. I was so glad to find this company. They were able to repaid the crack (where hundreds of ants came through into our home. Big yuck!) and coat all the ducts without taking up my floor. Because our house was built in the 60’s it’s also possible the ducts had asbestos in the material they are made of. Now, our ducts are sealed from any further breakdown, the ants are blocked & the ducts are sparkling clean! Josh & Seth were amazing. Very polite& respectful of our home. "The guys at Trenchless are great, ALL OF THEM. Alfonso, Bob, Gus, Miguel, Jim, Josh, Kevin (little), Rico, and Seth were all very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The guys took the time to explain everything in detail and went above and beyond our expectations. Start to finish we felt important as a customer and the office staff, Rhonda and Susan, did a great job answering questions via email and phone. During the process, the guys ran into an unforeseen issue and needed to pull one of the toliets. This wasn't factored in to the estimate and we weren't charged extra. They even threw on a new wax seal and putty to prevent it from leaking! They respected our property by putting tarps down inside and by the end of it, had the bathroom cleaner than it was when they showed up! Along with this, we were quoted for 120' of liner, ending at the first stack. The guys were able to get the liner about 12 feet past the stack and reinstate everything past that as well. We felt great validation in our decision once we witnessed everything that went into the job: new outside cleanout, root removal, new liner, reinstatements, and video before and after. We are truly impressed and will be recommending Trenchless Innovations to our family, friends, and to all of our neighbors in our aging neighborhood!"
