"Worst service I have encountered I ordered online a banana split with three different types of ice cream with three types of toppings and also I pay for extra topping. I get there they tell me they don’t have any of the ice creams that I chose and no toppings, and on top of that they was unprofessional and rude. I would never ever visit another Baskin-Robbins again."
"On saturday May 6th I visit this to this establishment via the drive-thru. I was attended to by two females who were uncultured, mennerless and untrained staff person. Who delights an insulting culture customers, Because one of the female staff said I was the fifth person who came into the establishment and did not know what they wanted. This apparently was a problem. I will never visit this establishment again. The owner of the store is going to lose a lot of patronage if this continues. If they have cctv they need look at cameras to see what actually transpired this is so disappointing."
"The worst service I've ever had. I had to pay for a third cup of coffee because the cashier got the coffee mixed up between myself and my friend. I would never visit this Dunkin Donuts again. When I asked the manager about the problem he said and you can only reply it's my job and took my money. There was no apology he only seemed concerned about taking my money no customer service."
