"Order salmon croquette and Rice and eggs this was made with care, wanted eggs it scramble light, it wasn't breakfast time, Well after 12 o'clock but they made my breakfast, of course I tipped them but it was the point. Food was so good I wish they had seating. overall great food and service"

"I was a bit disappointed. The Mac didn’t have that authentic taste, yams were rubbery, cornbread was dry but the best thing was the beans and rice. I had it with the shortrib. Shortrib was only ok. I love soul food & was hoping the reviews were on point but my meal wasn’t. Maybe they just had an off day because on some pics the mac even looks different."

This is a small place and you can’t dine in, but you can call ahead surely it’s worth the pick up. The service is impeccable and so friendly. We were remembered just after one time. I love this place. It’s like going to my sister’s house to pick a plate up. You will not regret coming here. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. It’s not the best looking place, but when I say you won’t regret coming and your taste buds will thank you. I’ll be back In a few days. Enjoy! I sure did!"

"Dear god, this food was so good, so satisfying, so hood, and i LOVED IT. Atmosphere is small and close. People are friendly, service is friendly and good, very down home feel. Might be too loud if youre not a local, but don't let the staff yelling at each other put you off, its part of the charm and its very familiar."
