Reviews
"Very good food and excellent customer service. We always have a good experience here. The young man that brings out the food is very nice."
"The place is a typical fish market. The fact that they cook the fresh fish on the spot is the advantage. Typically if you order catfish fillet dinners in 90% of the restaurants you get a substitute fish called basa which is a Vietnam catfish. Order the fresh catfish fillet from the fresh fish section and you won't be disappointed and have them cook it. FAT BOY CERTIFIED"
"This was always one of those places I was curious about so I decided to stop by. The place is your standard bulletproof glass hood restaurant setup with a small fish market awkwardly put together. They also have a soda vending machine when they already have a drink fridge which is odd. The vending machine has a different selection than what they sell themselves. I ordered a chicken and catfish combo along with a gizzards dinner with came out to be a little over $20. The food was ready in about 10 minutes. Of course as I walk out, some phony scammer walks up asking for food with child in tow to play on your heartstrings so watch out. I watched as they got into a brand new vehicle after begging. Now back to the food. The gizzards are overbreaded and rubbery. Very tough to chew on which hurts your jaw. I wasn't even halfway through them before I tapped out from my jaw being tired & teeth hurting. They are overseasoned to the point where it burns your tongue. The dinner doesn't come with a drink, but it does come with fries and a single slice of bread. Overall, I doubt I'll be back. The poor reviews and low amount of foot traffic are no surprise here. If you're gonna offer stereotypical food then you have to get it right otherwise it feels like a slap in the face."
