"Super lazy employee!! I made a reservation to this location, I was running maybe one minute late, I contact enterprise to let them know I was on the way. The rep let me know it’s ok and started the paperwork via phone. Got all my info. I arrived at this location with one minute to spare. Let the representative know I made the reservation and already started the paperwork online with another rep. He claimed there was no reservation, I showed him the confirmation email and then with a blank stare tells me he doesn’t have any vehicles!!! I’m looking at all the vehicles in the lot and watched him enter his personal vehicle and speed off 1 minute after I walked out. He was just too lazy to start the paperwork."

"I am writing this review while I’ve been on hold for literally 10:08 at this point. And someone is picking the phone up and putting it back on hold every 60 seconds. They never actually picked up to say “Hello” “Please hold…” NOTHING. They just keeping up the receiver and putting the call back on hold. I am so angry right because this is SOO inconsiderate and shows me apparently these people don’t want to work. I had a simple question that may have taken 2 min maybe less to answer. But now I am switching my reservation to another location because if this is happening God forbid what I may encounter once I’m in the location. I’ve been on hold now for 14:45 I hope that someone in upper management sees this and checks who was on staff this morning and does something about this because this is unacceptable on all levels."

"This is my go-to for a car rental specifically this location. Great communication and not outrageous on the prices. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. One thing I would change is the cleanliness of the vehicles while the floors and seats are clean they don't get between the seats there was fries and other trash not vacuumed out. Other than that this is a great place to rent a vehicle"
