"DO not rent from this company, I returned the car with more energy than I received, they charge me from not returning the car at 80%, but if you know anything about a Tesla in the winter the battery will drain if it's cold outside. That's cool I paid for the extra charge, I was going to let it go. They then turned around and charge me $150 for smoking in the car, they claiming they found ashes, it winter time in Chicagoland area, I'm 100% that is salt from the roads. What's crazy she took a picture of the so call ashes and it was a crumb from a potato chip! Avoid at all cost!!!!! This is the picture they sent Turo as proof, and that clearly a potato chip. Also, it's Chicago the so called ash, is from the salt on the roads. They also claimed they found green substance last I checked ashes are not green. Check this company out on BBB, clearly this is there business model."
