"Very unprofessional. They work with landlords to scam you. He tried to flirt and get me to meet up with him. I felt very uncomfortable. Next time my landlord sent him out to do repairs I had my significant other come and sit at the house with me. I do not recommend this company! I normally encourage supporting black business... but not in this case! This is NOT the company you want to go with. He does shody work and will cut corners to save himself money. Then when what he repairs breaks down he wont take ownership. Do not waste your time here."
"sub par workman ship, I've never seen a rehab projects where the front half of the house is literally detaching and you response to it is fill the cracks with caulk, laid flooring that is uneven horrible would never hire them for a rehab project, my suggestion look else where."
