"**Review for Fred & Jacks** I’ve been a loyal customer of Fred & Jacks for 20 years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I placed an order online, intending to simply pick it up, but it turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. When I arrived, I politely informed the African American lady at the window that I was just there to collect my food, and she asked me to wait. While I waited, I witnessed her yelling at three different customers over their orders. One woman never received her milkshake, another man was missing cheese, and a third customer who had lost his ticket was banging on the window. Instead of helping him, she yelled at him to stop banging on her window. After waiting for ten minutes, I asked again about my order, only to have her yell at me as well. I couldn’t believe the way she was treating everyone, so I told her off because no customer deserves to be spoken to like that, especially after paying for their food. I eventually asked the gentleman taking orders about my food, but I left with a sour taste in my mouth from the whole experience. For reference, the employee in question was wearing all purple, including an ombré purple shirt. She needs to be fired because yelling at customers is completely unacceptable behavior. Fred & Jacks has always been a place I loved, but this kind of treatment makes me think twice about returning."

"My family has ordered from here since the 1970's. My dad when he was still with us loved Fred and Jack's burgers. My daughter ordered a veggie taco. I ordered the beef. Her husband ordered the steak. Was a bit cold though. Will try the gyro next time."

"I have been coming here for years and normally they are pretty good. I normally don’t give bad reviews but since they won’t answer the phone I am forced to leave one . I ordered steak fries and the food tasted old, the meat was gritty and sour (steak) the fries were old , my guy ordered a polish Now how can you mess up a polish. It was very gross, and coming from a man that eats polishes damn near daily! Never eating here again!!!! They fell off"

"I use to like they Cheese Steak fries when they were $4.75. Now they $9.00 and not good just threw together ask for cheese and it's called extra smh. They really feel off after they remodel.. Along with rudeness Eat at your own Risk not worth the money"
