"Not very responsible for opening on time it’s hit or miss sometimes an hour or more later, don’t know why it’s such a problem other than irresponsibility and poor business sense to the community, don’t plan on going there first if you’re scheduling your time."

"Showed up after being in rush hour traffic for hours (because it's the closest GNC to me) to find a sign on the door that said be back in 20 minutes. Well the they were not back in 20 minutes... it's cold out and this is ridiculous. Waste of gas to go here. I'll shop on Amazon going forward. To add insult to injury I came here 35 minutes before the store closed...It's now 6:45pm"

"This was my worst retail experience ever. I walked in and was very taken aback that the male worker had on a full ski mask. The female worker was very rude and extra ghetto she kept saying how she couldn't wait to go home and was constantly on the phone saying how people shouldn't play with her,laughing and when the work phone rang twice and she cussed loudly because she didn't want to pick it up and do her job. Strangely there was a girl sitting in the middle of the smallest aisle eating chicken and the overall vibe was that me and one other customer that walked in were disturbing their playtime. There was loud obscene rap music playing the whole time and as I was leaving they locked the doors 10 minutes early. These workers need customer service training immediately. I don't know how they have been getting away with this horrible behavior smh....This store should be ashamed."

"I had to go and exchange a product; I got the wrong men's vitapack. The typing lady working the store was nice and helpful. Also easy on the eyes. Lol There was no issue with me coming in and getting the actual product and I needed. I also ended up getting something else while there."

"The customer service was good. I had no problem finding what I needed. The store was clean and organized. My only hang up is that the store is small. It's hard to social unless they let a couple people in at once.( by a couple, I mean 2 people at a time)"
