"BEWARE!!!!!!! Do not use this contractor. This company is terrible. They don’t complete jobs, do incorrect work, provide cheap materials, They have to borrow equipment from other contractors in order to complete their job. I had to help assist them lifting material several times. They do not respond and lack customer service skills. They are all about getting money and not providing the services you contract them for. Whatever you choose they will put the opposite or something totally different. Stay away! Beware! After talking to others in the neighborhood that they have done business with, everyone is highly disappointed and have had to spend more money to hire contractors to come in and clean up their mess. For a group of African American women they are a bunch of scam artists. Disrespectful, loud, and just plain BAD at it. They've been fixing the same thing for 6 months now, something that should have taken maybe 2 weeks?! The entire summer we couldn't go on vacation or leave the house. We couldn't even open a single window because of the dust. I'm serious, it started in June and it's now January and they're louder than ever, complete with blasting at cussing gangster rap 6am!! But wait, there's more! They'll destroy the tree in your parkway. Hire someone else. Your entire neighborhood will thank you. (They seem to take more pride in their hair and nails than their construction job)"

"My wife called to get a quote on a small bathroom remodel. They wanted $200 deposit just for a estimate. Sounded like the person on the phone was standing in a dance club at 10am. Absolutely ridiculous started reading these reviews and now I understand."

"I hired them to finish a master bathroom and not only were they reasonably priced, they were completely professional and finished the job ahead of the estimated time. I was nervous because of the other reviews but realize they are being spammed by certain types trying to keep them out of the industry. I will not only use them again in the future but will tell everyone I know to use them. It is sad in 2023 how much hatred there still is. I am so happy to see this sort of thing."

"I scheduled an appointment online. I got a confirmation but it did not ask for my address. I left a voice message and had to call again because no one responded. I spoke to the owner who told me that my appointment was no good because their system wasn't working right and they were booked for weeks. She stated they were just too busy. Her receptionist called and booked an appointment. I rushed home from work to ensure I was prompt, but it was a no show. I called the office and spoke to the owner again who claimed my appointment was no good because she was on the scheduled appointment. When explained everything, the response was they are busy, the receptionist is bombarded, etc. When I stated it seems that I'm a bother and wouldn't bother her again as she is too busy. Her response was, "Okay, I'm sorry." I feel this is one of the worst cases of poor customer service and follow up ever. I prefer to give my money to a company that feels I am worthy. I don't want somersaults, just a little customer service."
