"Worst staff ever! I canceled my membership last August 2023 and the staff member didn't submit my cancelation application. So apparently they've been charging me since August till today April 2024. I called to make sure the membership was completely closed and tried to get a refund but the staff couldn't do anything because theirs no proof of cancelation. The same thing happened to my friend who wanted to cancel his membership there, they kept charging him long after he went in person to cancel his membership."
