"Branch Manager was 45 min late for the initial meeting. I called and was told she was on her way. It is a 10 min drive and she arrived 30 min later. Agreed to 1 hour grooming 3 times a week for elderly female. Said she would call me within 48 hrs to confirm start date after looking at her schedule. She never did. I had to call her the morning of to confirm. First day home-care agent was sent 30 minutes late, most likely because I had to call and remind her that morning. Kayla did a fantastic job and was a good fit. So I do not blame the worker for anything. Next 3 visits no one showed at all. Every time they were late or a no show we had to call them. They never called to let us know that they weren’t coming or would be late. After 3 no shows I refuse to call them again! Too many home care agencies out there that act in a professional manner! Extremely unreliable. Do not want them at my door!"
