"I've owned a home in Pheasant Lake Estates since 2019 and I have to say it is a wonderful park. I've had homes in various park in Indiana and Illinois and this is by far the nicest one. The staff is amazing. Sabrina, in the office couldn't be nicer and more helpful. If you are looking for a nice park for you and your family I highly recommend Pheasant Lake Estates."
"I was a little nervous because I'd heard a lot of stories about mobile home communities. But when I got to pheasant lake estates, I knew this was not that kind of place that I had to worry about. The homes were beautiful the property was well kept they answered all my questions, respectfully and completely. And the manager made sure that we had all the information and even showed us more homes than we scheduled to see. Very knowledgeable and friendly and polite. I'd give 10 Stars if I could."
