"This place is a pure hell hole. It's understaffed and the little staff they have especially the overnight night staff do not care. Drugs flow freely in the halls and this problem has repeatedly been addressed by residents onto the staffs deaf ears. A long time resident who is a drug addict openly tries to get younger female residents high so he can assault them and nothing's been done. Never send your loved ones to this place... Edit...the positive reviews of this place are coming from workers who were paid to lie. The 5 star reviews are coming from the directors of business, dietary, and activities. don't fall for this place lies.... Edit... As of yesterday, the patient preying on female residents is now passing out oxycodones to mentally disabled residents. One was transported to the hospital as a result. Once again, there was no consequences for the junkie resident even though that's a felony. There are absolutely no rules at this facility. They only care about money and have no concern for the safety of others.... Edit... Again the administration and scheduling workers fail to schedule enough nurses for the weekend resulting in there being two nurses for over ninety patients. So most residents will get their meds late or will not get all their prescribed meds. This facility is an embarrassment."

"I’d give 0 stars if I could. As someone in mental health this place is HORRENDOUS. I mean filthy and inhabitable… staff are even worse. Not sure how anyone could rate this place 4/5 stars… even more disturbing how the people working here clearly don’t care about the people living here. Probably there just for a check. Very sad…"

"This place is horrible, and needs to b shut down. I wouldn’t send my dog here. They acted as if they were equipped for pl with tracheotomy, and I don’t even have a set up. I haven’t had meds, and been here for 24 hours. The nurses n Aides are great giving their circumstances."

"I’d choose ZERO stars if that was an option. I don’t recommend anything about this place. I don’t even know where to start. A. It looks like a run down, idk what you would call it, but not a rehabilitation center. B. There is absolutely no checks and balances. They just do stuff whenever they want, leaving people without the care they need. C. I’ve seen one staff member with a name tag, otherwise I have no clue who is actually caring for my loved one D. Nursing staff pulls the curtain to give meds and doesn’t allow lived ones to watch because as nurses, they need privacy. No you don’t. That’s not healthcare. That’s suspicious. E. No one under 16 can visit, so forget bringing grandkids F. This place hardly has proper care. I’m not sure how it’s still running G. Sometimes it smells like cigarettes when you walk in. They let the resident smoke on the back patio. You’ll hear the back patio alarm going off all day. No big deal to them. Moral of the story, just don’t even bother in the slightest bringing your loved one here unless you want them to never leave. I’d be really curious to know how many people actually rehabilitate in this awful place."
