"Unfortunately it wasn't open during posted hours and no one answers the phone, I heard the secretary just leaves as they please..."
"I took the real estate class here in 2019. My teacher was katy. only 2 people passed on the first try. I retook the exam and still failed. I never missed a day of class. Nothing that I study/ nothing I learned /read in class was on that final exam. Nothing from the book was on that final exam. When I talked to Kathy she was just to passive saying retake the course you will be fine. I paid 587 for the course. I wasn't the only one who failed and said none of the questions studied was on that exam. Other people said the same. Only 2% of the class passed and 98.% of the class failed. When I class asked Katy did they percentage of her class failing the course shock her she said no. We weren't allowed to keep our class final either which I find odd. Especially because Katy said she was changing the test questions. This course is a scam. Its to short to learn everything you need to know for something as important as real estate."
