"I waited 5 months for my son's back pay ..... mind you i turned in all my paperwork, So I go up there Monday and they're telling me I don't have a dedicated account with my son which that was the first thing I did 5 months ago.. The act like that's their money and they don't want to release it!!!!"

"Very poor service. I explained my disability to one of the “reps” and they laughed…and then refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They didn’t help me at all with any of my issues they just honestly made things worst. These people truly suck at their job and should all be fired. Every last one of them."

"It was almost near the end of the day, just make sure you get your questions answered. Some staff people be rushing and by no means they don't give you no real answers. "I've never had to deal with this level of unprofessional staff, and I've had to manage a corporate deli. I've proven I don't make even $300 a week and filed for an appeal after they claimed I made over $2000/months from the VA, I have never served this country, my ex husband did. They were taking his pay and mine as my income. I signed up for an appeal and sent my proof.They accepted the appeal & I was able to get the highest pay, but now after only 2 months, they switched it to where I make $1500 in workman's comp and claimed the VA benefits AGAIN, after accepting the appeal that I never get benefits because I never served and I don't live with my ex and he doesn't pay child support! They refuse to help me, even when I go into the office, when I email proof and call to speak to Ms. Avilez. I'm a single mom of 3 and 2 have disabilities to which I am relying on SSI to help pay my rent & bills, I've done everything to prove that I don't live with my ex husband and that I don't receive anything but workman's comp, yet they keep messing with my case. Thanks to them I have to rely on help from Catholic Charities, etc. I've spent a total of 8 hours in this office just for them to not just be rude to me, but to deny me to speak to the woman in charge of my case and tell me they'll look into it when they can. Meanwhile they're on their phones and gossiping about people in the background. The Joliet office had to call them to get my signed request form, then had to call them again an hour later because they refused to fax the form, knowing I was about to lose my home. The Joliet office also noticed the many differences in payments not matching my actual proof of income on file. But, they said there's nothing I can do unless I move out of this district. They need to be investigated, because the reviews and stories I heard and witnessed in that office tells me they're messing with money in ways that is Detrimental to the community."

"We are the greatest nation in the service of rights, jobs must be done in every department of government no matter what we face and what we have accomplished. Disappointment should never appear in any department of government because we lead the system, not the system that drives us. Many problems and complaints should not appear on this site. We believe that every human being can make mistakes once or twice but not several times every day. Please pay attention to all legal details and paperwork was sent by Homeland Security. We are not only working to take care of illegal issues now. I guess normal companies should not be blamed anymore? The policy of the authorities should not make any mistakes.
