"After reading such low reviews I was very apprehensive going to the Harvey IDES office. However, I visited the office today with specific questions. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was greeted pleasantly outside the entry by security, given detailed instructions on procedure and proper identification, and let in. Upon entry I was assisted by two employees who knew exactly what I needed and answered questions phone representatives weren’t able to. They were professional, overall helpful, and polite."

"I'm posting this review because of how few good reviews there were and I had a great experience. I don't think I'm spelling it right but I had an appointment and "Yami" nice young lady helped me fast and answered all my questions. She even called me back to further assist me. So anyone saying on these reviews that they weren't helped were probably not smart enough to A. Make an appointment before showing up B. Came ill prepared or C. Were beyond helping. Lol "yami wasn't the only helpful person the security gaurd and officer was also nice and helpful. Would recommend coming here"

"Got there approx 20 minutes early went to the door was let in for my appointment. Finally figured out what the problem was after trying to log in for months and numerous phone calls! 1 person, Jennifer, I talked to on the phone this morning was very helpful but still had to go to the office In Harvey IL. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Problem resolved. Thank you all!"

"Had a delightful experience when I came in earlier. All staff members greeted me with a smile and were eager to help me out and everyone else for that matter. Gracie, the nice lady who spent the most time with me. God bless her heart. She has the patience of an angel. These ladies, from my personal experience. Work very hard and deserve more credit and recognition than they get."
