"It is where I make my connection when getting off of the Metra train. The bus that I need to finish my commute leaves out of the station. Although it's convenient, people do come there to hang out. They do have security at the station. And the police patrol the area. Even though the ones who hang out there, keep to themselves. I wish they could do a better job with keeping the weed smokers from smoking there."
"It's good for being a bus terminal and bus transfer point, and the Metra Electric Harvey station is nearby. Other than that, it is far from being anything special, mainly due to the mainly shady characters that hang around the terminal with no plans to board a bus. Do be mindful of your surroundings at all times and do not engage in conversation with such people!"
