"It would be nice if there was seating available. I think there was a bench in one of the sheltered areas, but if someone is smoking in there and you don't want to be around it, your choice is to stand outside."
"I m steel hear now and hear are many buses like 352 almost 5 buses also 364 almost 2 buses also 890 almost 2 buses but there were all driver are lazy all driver are west time I have transportation duration are 45 minutes bb it iwas spend everyday at list 2hours and 45 minutes it's to much"
"I know it's located in a run down part of the southside, but for god sakes have some pride in ALL your stations. Perhaps a little beautifying it a bit, not too much a brighter station inside an out. May spur a little interest. I mean for god sakes you've got the metra on the line.....and people pass by and see something out of the slums of Johannesburg?!!! C'mon !!! You're better than that! Use us as guinea pigs for clean fuel Ev stations!! You're wasting valuable Southside resources."
"I want to just shout out Antone the security guard at this station. Shortly after getting off the bus Mr. Antone walked up to me and asked me if i was alright. It was just me and my 4month old baby my husband had gone to the nearest gas station to use the bathroom. Mr. Antone asked me if i would like to wait inside. I said yes he escorted me in and checked in on me periodically because i had an infant. When my husband had returned Mr. Antone unaware that the man next to me being my husband asked me if i was alright and if i knew the man standing next to me. When my husband introduced himself Mr.Antone smiled and stated he was just making sure no one was messing with me since i was alone with a baby. I am floored to have recieved such a service!. Manly because the place just looks a bit run down. I am Completely shocked! I just was not expecting it. The way he treated me made my day. Thank you so much for you're genuine kindness, concern and service. I genuinely felt like more than a security guard Mr. Antone is a sincere human being."
"SHAME on Harvey and SHAME on Pace bus SERVICE.. On Monday 7-29-18 I had the experience of traveling and stopping @ the Transportation Center it was FILTHY there was a group of people who must live closeby @ a shelter or Some TYPE of facility who was not there to ride a bus but to hang out... They were using drug's and DRINKING!!! TERRIBLE... If Harvey expect PEOPLE to feel comfortable USING THAT CENTER THEY MUST CLEAN IT UP !!!!"
