"Its a hospital. Whats to say. They are saving lives. People do complain about wait times in the emergency room. There is no other hospital close by. They are doing there best. They show respect and listen they understand your fears and cries. I totally recommend this hospital. If i had to say anything on the negative. They should up grade the emergency room. Its dull and creepy. They are well over do for a make over."
"I've been to this hospital twice, staff and doctors are top notch, but as far as the hospital it needs to be much bigger the hospital has way to many patients and it's not the only hospital in the region it's also over flowing into nwi.our federal state and local government is letting it's citizenship down by taking our tax dollars and stirring wars across the globe so that the lobbyist for the big war machine can pay off our crooked elected officials.the Democrats are letting migrants flood our nations streets and communities to get votes that they are now trying to pass a law to allow them to vote.its time America 20 million strong goes to DC and take back our once great nation"
"Visited patient on maternity unit. Very clean hospital. Staff was available and help to patient. Central elevators was kind of loud and creepy. Although you have to be buzzed into the maternity unit as well as show your pass on the video camera, I was disturbed that the nurses station was far away from the entrance/exit door. You can travel a distance down the halls before seeing a desk. Over all satistified with the hospital."
"We went up to the rehab building to find a friend who was there last week and the receptionist said she not in the system try the hospital we go to the other building she not in thesystem over there we go back to the rehab building the woman was sort with us. We tried to tell her our friend's phone is going straight to voicemail and for the past two weeks the room number kept ringing with no answer..... which is why we called her mom who gave us the Ingalls info. I understand there are hippa laws that protect patient info but there was no reassurance no new info no help at all....."
"NOT THE HELIPORT Rating this on today's visit only 8/18/22 Get new women at the front desk! Rude, loud, drill sargeants! I was told, on the phone, to use the kiosk to copy insurance cards, everything else done. The valet, very nice man, helped my mother-in-law to a wheelchair and took her inside while I parked. These women started asking her all kinds of questions that she has no idea about. She was upset and frazzled when I came in. I started to go to outpatient and they started hollering for me to stop, they needed to check her name to see if she was a patient. I explained what I was told, the desk woman rifled through a few folders then she directed us to the kiosk. Why would they need her name? It was obvious she wasn't a patient. The valet wheeled her in the front door. What was that all about? If she was being admitted I was still going the right way. This was our first encounter. Next... we had 30 minutes to wait for the next part of the test so the xray technician, she was wonderful, put a blanket around my mil and had us walk to the gift shop. We walked in front of the desk and almost to the gift shop when the women at the desk started yelling and pointing "What's that! What's that!" Everyone stopped and turned to see what the commotion was about. Yes, it was embarrassing because it was about us. No gun, blow torch or axe, just a little old lady wearing jeans, hospital gown and a blanket being helped to walk. They calmed down when I explained she's having a test and needs to walk. On the way back from the gift shop we headed for the bathroom. Here comes one of the women at the desk, definitely not discreet to "check " on us! WHY? My mil can't walk fast enough to make a break for it! She was so loud with her intentions I could hear her coming through the closed door! But when she opened the door her voice lowered and she sweetly asked "you ladies okay? " I wanted to say she's pooping! This was ridiculous! How many elderly people are causing issues in the lobby? We were followed into the bathroom! My other complaint is... I wasn't told this test was going to be 3 hours. The only thing I was told was no eating or drinking after midnight. It wasn't until I picked up my mil and had the orders in hand that I found out she wasn't supposed to brush her teeth. Shouldn't this be marked in the computer? Lisa, I think was her name, was very pleasant and professional. She can't be expected to remember every test. For that last complaint.... you don't know our situation, the patient can't see well. Which means she doesn't read well, especially with small print. Her daughter took her to the doctor appointment. Then me, the daughter in law, luckily I was off of work and able to take the early appointment. I'm sure we're not the only involved family. Complete instructions are very helpful for every step of the way. As for Ingalls hospital, I had both my children there 30+ years ago. My doctor's are all affiliated. I have faith and confidence in them and the facility. This experience was unique but important to be told."
