"I had the WORST experience at this office with LAKISHA. It was terrible. She was very quick to respond with smart a$$ answers when I needed more explanation and showed no patience at all. And she was obviously distracted by whatever was going on in her PERSONAL life because she kept looking at her cell phone! So unprofessional. I went there to insure my home, 3 cars, and open up 3 life insurance policies for my grandchildren and I ended up going somewhere else because she couldn’t seem to be bothered to answer my questions. I was dismissed and insulted for my lack of insurance knowledge. And she acted as if SHE was doing ME a favor. She also suggested I go elsewhere if I wasn’t going to “pay attention” to her, because I needed a minute to write some things down. WORST customer service I have ever had. She made it clear that she had better things to do than help me. It was humiliating and I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I would NEVER recommend LAKISHA to even my worst enemy. And everyone I know will be made aware of this. If you need insurance, DO NOT GO TO LAKISHA!!!!! Follow the advice she, herself, gave me and …TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! Ps..the only reason I even gave 1 star is because it made me. I would have preferred to give ZERO stars. Which is STILL more than she deserves."
