"Dr.Beck is a wonderful Dr. I go there when my depression gets worse .I will be going in the next couple days ."
"They helped my family a lot and provided a safe, nurturing, integrated, holistic, patient-centered care that was not provided at other facilities in the past for the same condition."
"My Fiancé is there they won’t send her home saying that she can’t leave when she can. They are rude and disrespectful. My fiancé said they told her if she try to leave they were going to sedate her. She willingly went that means she can leave under her own will. They do it to get money. They are making her worse not better the psychiatrist didn’t even allow her to speak or say what she was dealing with they kept cutting her off. They gone do it to the wrong one and they’re going to have a lawsuit on their hands. Don’t admit any of your loved ones here."
"I would give zero stars, if I could. My husband was inpatient and he informed me that two evening technicians on one shift allowed his older roommate to fall out of bed 3-4 times, through negligence, and they were also complaining loudly about their jobs and pay while talking down to other patients. In addition to this, when I reported what my husband told me, the said technician called my husband a snitch and used expletives when he found out the matter was being investigated. They would not allow him to be discharged sooner when I expressed I did not want him in this environment any further if he was going to be subjected to these staff members. I wish he was never sent here! I will be following up with the main hospital to ensure this does not happen to anyone else’s loved one."
"The lack of assistance and resources to support adults managing co dependent diagnosis is horrible. As a parent to an adult managing both the lack of concern they have for stabizing him is a joke. You send him home w the wrong dose of medication and there is no improvement in his behaviors from admit. We have had our share over the years w this facility and it seems its a hit or miss for patients that need longer care and intensive treatment. The SW is a waste and clearly you don't send a patient home if they are still having severe psychosis. When will Illinois find the appropriate treatment and give our family members a chance. I see why he hates hospitals, they charge all this money just to not feel better or motivated to get better. Discouraged parent"
