"Solid little fishing spot. It is convenient and receives a good amount of fishing pressure, as there aren't any rivers or other ponds in the immediate vicinity. IDK about quiet, maybe on a weekday, but I always have good encounters with folks here. The neighborhood kids will show up to watch you land fish. Caught some nice largemouths in here for the first time this year. I've seen some huge carp and a few koi swimming about. More panfish than you can shake a stick at, bluegills, green sunfish, and warmouths. I used to catch little bullheads, channel cats, and spotted bass here. Haven't seen them in a long time. There are some monsters too, I remember seeing an old man pull a big flathead out of here once too, probably a transplant."

"I enjoyed taking a stroll around this lagoon. There isn't much to experience during the winter season, but I'm anticipating what there is to see and do during the warmer months. There are signs posted that let you know fishing is an activity that may be enjoyed at this location. My stroll was appreciating the winter scenery with ducks whom appear to be early arrivers or late departures. The ducks were cautious of me but not fearful. A good walk."
