"There seems to be no sense of urgency to get your medication ready. I have just been released from the hospital, and they only had 1 of 6 medications ready. Was told it'll be ready the next day around noon, it is now 5:30p.m. and mediation still not ready. This is more than ridiculous, it's insane."
"I was just at this Walgreens, where I normally pick up my medication, and I must say that sometimes, our own Black African Americans are sooooo rude in Pharmacy. I called in for my medication, I was told over the phone that they're working on it. I gave it an hour, they said that it wasn't ready. I asked them how long, they couldn't tell me & I asked can I sit and wait until it's ready, they said no. Their additudes are messed upthis and I don't appreciate it."
"Convenient it's a convenience store in my neighborhood. The store is nice and bright and fresh foods are stocked on the shelves and the in freezer. The clerks and security guards are very friendly. The employees are very friendly and welcome you into their store."
"Wish I could give negative Stars. I'm in tears. This is the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist (Tall Male African American) and the entire staff is disrespectful. They are very disrespectful to the people in the community, even the elderly. Everyone needs to be replaced or retrained. Out of the blue while I was waiting in line they closed the pharmacy 2 hours early from the schedule time that was posted to be open. They said right of of his mouth. Their not filling only more prescription tonight. Right as I was trying to fill a prescription, that my dad really needed. Didn't fill it and sent me to the next location. I never understood why in Black communities you always get this type of treatment shameful. Those communities deserve people that care about them. This is a disservice to all the people of this community. The pharmacist and his staff is the worst. I cant express that enough."
