"When I needed a rental car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car located on S. Halsted St. in Glenwood, Illinois, provided friendly, honest, responsive and helpful customer service. I would recommend that if you're going to rent a car - from them or anyone else - to WRITE DOWN the scratch and ding inventory (I didn't have any issues with this at this Enterprise, but it would've been the smart thing to do). Also, if given a choice between vehicles, ask the representative which one has the BEST gas mileage. I'd also ask whether or not the vehicle you select has an ECO option and how to use it, if it does. I was given the choice between two cars, and should've asked which one had the best gas mileage. I noticed the vehicle I chose DID have an ECO mode and wasn't informed about it. I'm not mad at them about that at all, however it could've helped me save a bit of gas on a few trips I made early on during my rental. Driving in an ECO mode helps you save on gas. Since you have to return the vehicle with at least half a tank - and gas prices are sky high, as of this writing - ensure you are getting the most fuel efficient vehicle and KNOW how to use it! You can rest easy knowing the hardworking team at this Enterprise location will take care of you!"
