"I paid over $100 dollars for a pan of rib tips for my father's 85th birthday. The rib tips were extremely tough. I called and they told me to bring it back and they'll remake it. I brought it back, and less than 7 minutes they gave me another pan which was really the same pan U brought back. The only thing they did was add more barbecue sauce to the SAME PAN I BROUGHT BACK. I figured something was up when they gave me the pan so quickly, and it was COLD. I guess they thought I was stupid. You PRETEND you remade them in less than 7 minutes and they were allegedly fresh but the rib tip pan was cold. I will never support this rip off of a rib joint again! They added so much sauce tyo TRY to fool me that it spilled in the trunk of my car! Never AGAIN!!!!"

"Walked in order was my first mistake. I waited for 45 minutes for a tip and link. Food was good, but the wait was terrible. I told the lady at 25 minutes and she told me to step back and wait... food was coming. After 15 more minutes of waiting they told me my order never made it to the back to be made. Terrible service"

"I’ve ordered from this place 3-4x’s 2xs they shorted me of our food…. me & my husband. Food ain’t cheap, 1st time they replaced the next day because we had already made it home , 2nd time they claimed I should’ve came right back . How ? Yall inconvenienced/ cheat my out of payed for food and now get to pick my time I return ?!?! Yall don’t know how far ppl live or where they going . After being told they only make the food once u come in & order , she claimed they made the 4 wings promised n they sat waiting for us! Hunh? Smh No lie ! They food is so good but the service sucks, they talk to u like u the problem & they either cheat u out of ur food or get ur order wrong most of the time , after having to wait 20-30mins . Ppl spending their hard earned money. Why not treat them With respect and get they order right.? I guess u got to catch them on a good day and please Check ur food before leaving ."

"04/09/24 I ordered 2 Barbecue turkey tip dinners and a turkey link dinner around 9:15 pm my # was 41 i spent $49 I got home it was 2 pork rib tip dinners messed my stomach up. Called they were closed. FYI make sure you check your order before you leave."
