"They are lazy and won’t even mix the flavor into the drink, I tried to give them a chance but I kept having to come back to have my drink corrected, which is a horrible inconvenient way to start your day or keep it going. If not that, loading melted ice into the drink watering it down. Quality is poor, I won’t be back. I even came late night and the guy gave me a medium when I ordered a large and he cheated me out of my coffee by just pouring the medium into the large without adding more coffee. They need new staff or something that’s crazy."

"Hello- I’ve been a couple of times, DRIVE-THRU- just to make sure it wasn’t “just a bad day”. NOPE- now, I get to write an honest review. Morning times- RIDICULOUS: from the service(women at that- they are suppose to be welcoming-especially in a BLACK DOMINANT NEIGHBORHOOD) to the product. Night time- if the black man is there- GOOD service and product! If the other guy is present- he’s always saying they are out of coconut milk. Crazy, right? Today(morning time)- I asked for light ice with my drink. I always ask for light ice(they like to give me problems from the previous times) but they decided to do whatever it is they wanted today- when I’m the one PAYING FOR MY PRODUCT HOW I WANT IT-interesting…… THEY PUT ALL OF THIS DAMN ICE IN MY DRINK!!!! - I wanted to go back but I was already in motion so decided to write this review instead. Also, it tastes like it has perfume in it. Of course, I took a picture."
