"I had taken several shirts to be altered. Upon suggestion by the lady at the counter, I had a few of the altered shirts cleaned as well. When picking up, they could not find one of the shirts, but had 2 of the ones cleaned ready and also the altered shirts too. On one of the shirts cleaned, the stains that it had were still there. In addition the shirt was faded now. They asked if they could redo and when they did, the stains were still there. When I picked up the lost shirt they ended up finding, the stains on that were also still there. I asked for a refund and the girl, who had a horrible attitude, would only refund the one, but not the other because it was cleaned twice. I decided not to argue, so I took the refund and left. A woman who was there as well made a comment outside to me how horrible the girls attitude with me was. She said she would never use them for cleaning and only would because of the seamstress. I did go elsewhere, because of the new place having great reviews, and they had no problem getting all the stains out on both the shirts the other could not. Other than the cleaning, I would not go back because of the employees attitude."

"Very bad experiences at Dry Cleaner City on Egg Harbor Rd I would NOT recommend. I’ve been going there since opened years ago. I had numerous experiences of missing buttons, small stains and missed areas of being pressed. I took those with a grain of salt and said everyone has a off day since I’ve Ben going there for years. Have them one last shot and it was the worst experience ever in the past 6 plus years. Plus when leaving the owner walk’s around the counter and continues the berated me through the parking lot to even when I was seated in my car starting to pull away. Definitely the rude owner has ANGER MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS. I do not feel safe or secure going to that business ever again and the work is sub-par."

"There are New Owners here I believe. There prices went up too. Looks like I'll be finding a new dry cleaners. Clean clothes well. Never had an issue. But I need to find another place. I can't be paying close to 45 dollars to have clothes dry cleaned here. I had about 11 items."

"Very poor management. I was in there today feb 6,2016 to pick up my order, only to learn that my clothes were given to another customer in error. I understand mistakes are made however that does not help me since I needed the clothes for today. The owner was rude, and came saying that we have 30 days to fine lost garments. Read our policy. I said as a business person you should compensate me for your error and reimburse me. He said NO. I said you would rather lose a customer then compensate me for $22.00 order. He said good luck finding a business that is perfect I hope after reading this message that my voice would be heard and they would lose your business as well."
