"I have been using Perfect Press services for the past year. I have always been taken care of and always received my items back in a timely manner, but not without a complaint each and every time. Several of our dancers all needed alterations on costumes. Each parent that brought their dress to him received complaints about what needed to be done, time frame of when the item needed to be back and how awful our studio and owner is for these ridiculous alterations needed. I have listened to him bash other clients as they walked out the door and have never said a word. I have listened to him bash friends that use his services. I brought my dress in a week after the other dresses were dropped off. I was questioned why I came a week later as he sat in his chair with a smug look on his face. At this point my blood pressure raised. I abruptly stated why I had not been in and cut him off. I asked again, can you have the dress back by the 21st and he smirked at me and said no. Not, I'm sorry. Not, I'm not sure, let me check. A direct no. No empathy or compassion for my need for services. I asked one more time, are you serious? He just sat there and smiled. I stood up and said I'll find another seamstress to alter the dress and a few other colorful words as well. I will no longer have to hear him bash other clients after they leave their items or over pay for his services without EVER receiving a receipt any more. Convenient location, horrible service and no respect for paying clients that keep him in business. I will add, none of his work was without issues; seems ripping out, parts of items missing and he will tell you he never received it and then talk about you to the next client that enters the door. Not a nice guy at all. Don't waste your time or money on a business man that clearly doesn't care about his clients or how he treats them. He is strictly there to over charge and take your money with less than stellar results. Maybe he should stop hitting the alcohol behind the counter and learn how to treat existing and potential new clients with respect."

"Price is always different, the owner guesses how much he’s going to charge you. You won’t ever get a receipt and the price will change drastically each time you come in with the same items in the same condition. When you ask how much each item was he says “7 or 8 or 10.00” Well which price is it? It’s a guessing game! 45.00 this time but last time it was 25.00 for the same items, same condition. Lesson learned!"

"This man is dishonest. My son had him sew his new boy scout patches on his uniform. When we went to pick the uniform up, he kept the old patches. Scouts collect them. When asked for them he would not return them. He said he didn't have them. Stealing from a boy scout. Never again. Don't do business there."
